Why was my Minecraft account banned on the server?
Your account may have been banned for violating server rules, such as cheating, using unauthorized modifications, or inappropriate behavior.
How can I buy items in the shop?
Select items or packages you're interested in, then proceed to payment. The shop supports various payment methods including BLIK, SMS+, PayPal, and online transfers.
How long does it take to process a purchase?
After payment, purchased items will be automatically assigned to your in-game account. Processing usually takes a few minutes, but in exceptional cases may take up to an hour.
Can I return purchased items?
Unfortunately, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Make sure you have selected the right items before making a payment.
What to do if purchased items didn't appear in-game?
In case of purchase issues, please contact our support team on Discord or by email. Send your nick, order email address, and in-game username, and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Can I transfer purchased items to another account?
Purchased items are bound to the account they were bought for and cannot be transferred to other accounts. Make sure you are purchasing on the correct account.
Do I need to be online to receive purchased items?
Yes, to avoid mistakes with incorrectly entered nicknames, you must be logged into the mode where you want to make the purchase.
Is there a monthly purchase limit?
We don't have a set purchase limit, but we recommend making thoughtful purchasing decisions.
